Safety comes first

Use AI wisely, not fearfully.

Confidence grows when you know where the risks are and what simple steps can protect you.

Keep private information private

Never enter passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details, or sensitive health information.

Check important answers

AI can sound confident and still be wrong. Verify medical, legal, financial, and other important information.

Slow down around urgency

Scammers want quick reactions. Pause before clicking, paying, sharing information, or trusting an unusual message.

Remember that you are in control

AI is a tool—not a person, authority, or replacement for your own judgment and trusted relationships.

Common questions

It's okay to ask.

These are the questions many first-time AI learners have.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. The lessons begin with the basics, use plain language, and give you time to practice each step.

Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?

No. A free ChatGPT account is enough for the beginner workshop and its practice activities.

What device can I use?

You may use a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. A larger screen may feel easier during a live class.

Will I only learn about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is used for hands-on practice, but the core ideas—asking clear questions, checking answers, and protecting your privacy—transfer to other AI assistants.

How do I reserve my seat?

Complete the short participant form, then continue to the secure PayPal checkout. The workshop fee is $49 per participant.

Small steps. Real confidence.

You are not too old, too late, or too inexperienced to learn AI.

Start with one class, one useful prompt, and one question at a time.
